1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Magic Dragin. Your access to and use of the Software is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with them.

2. License Grant

Magic Dragin grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business use on devices that you own or control. This license is contingent on your ongoing compliance with these Terms of Service.

3. Free Trial, Paid License, and Team Seats

Magic Dragin may be made available with a 21-day free trial. After the 21-day free trial ends, you must purchase a valid paid license to continue using the Software. If you do not purchase a license when the trial period expires, you must stop using the Software.

Team licenses are licensed on a per-user basis, not based on concurrent usage. You must purchase one seat for each person who needs ongoing access to the Software. Team seats may be reassigned for employee turnover, role changes, or similar business needs. Magic Dragin does not currently require administrators to map each purchased seat to a named user in the product, but your use of the Software must not exceed the number of seats purchased.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Magic Dragin and protected by intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Use of the Software

The Software enables you to drag and drop email attachments directly into applications without downloading them first. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every email client or application, nor can we promise the Software will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Dragin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Software.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Software
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Software
• Any content obtained from the Software
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Termination

Magic Dragin may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
