Magic Dragin is licensed per user, not by concurrent usage. Buy one seat for each person who needs ongoing access. Seats can be reassigned for employee turnover or role changes, and admins do not currently need to map seats to named users in the product.

How are licenses distributed to users?+

After purchase, you will receive an email linking to a portal with your license key and deployment instructions. The license is a single registry value that can be pushed to your users’ machines with Group Policy, Intune, or a similar management tool.

Can we add users between billing cycles?+

Yes. You can add seats later, and they are prorated to the same renewal date as the rest of your license.

How strict is seat assignment?+

Seats are meant for people who need ongoing access. You can reassign seats as team members change, and you can add seats in the license portal as your team grows.
